MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENTS (MVA)

WE ACCEPT MOST MVA CASES

If you are being treated for injuries sustained through a MVA, we do not require direct payment from you.

We are in good standing with FSCO and HCAI and are registered to bill directly.

However, if you have extended health insurance (EHI), your auto insurer requires your treatments to be billed through EHI first prior to accessing your MVA benefits. For a complete guide to MVA funding, click here

Please provide us with your auto insurance, EHI provider information, claim & policy

numbers on the online intake form. 

WORKER'S SAFETY INSURANCE BOARD (WSIB)

On your first visit, please have your claim & policy numbers ready. Or fill the online form ahead of time. 

We are registered to provide WSIB services and is able to direct bill.

Please provide us with your claim number and case manager information on our online
intake form. If you do not have a claim number yet, we cannot start assessment or treatment. For a complete guide to WSIB funding, click here. 
 

If you are being treated for injuries sustained through a workplace injury, we do not require direct payment from you and you should not submit to your EHI provider.
