 SOFT-TISSUE THERAPY

Soft tissue therapies are mechanical forms of therapy where soft-tissue structures are pressed and kneaded, using physical contact with the hand. The principle aim of soft tissue therapy is to relieve pain and inflammation, prevent further injury, reduce spasm, correct abnormal postures, and improve circulation.

 ADJUSTMENTS

A chiropractic adjustment occurs when a chiropractor applies short, quick force to the joints in order to correct a misalignment, increase range of motion, or release pressure on nerves. The goal of a chiropractic adjustment is to restore proper alignment to the joints and allow the body to heal naturally.

 THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE

Therapeutic exercise is the secret to total healing of a movement disorder. Without maintaining a home exercise program, the problem can come back. Therapeutic exercise, unlike regular exercise & physical activity, is targeted for your specific condition.
