Myofascial release involves various hands-on techniques for normalizing muscle tone
& tissue sensitivity, eliminating muscle knots, and releasing stiff fascia.
This helps to optimize your stretching and strengthening abilities.
THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE
Therapeutic exercise is the secret to total healing of a movement disorder. Without maintaining a home exercise program, the problem can come back. Therapeutic exercise, unlike regular exercise & physical activity, is targeted for your specific condition.
