Nancy Lu
Nancy graduated in 2017 from Western University with a Masters of Physical Therapy, and in 2014 from University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Honours in Life Sciences, double majoring in Biological and Nutritional Sciences.​ Nancy is highly skilled and detail-oriented in assessment and treatment. She uses a multi-modal approach for optimal outcomes, including Manual Therapy, Soft Tissue Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, and Therapeutic Exercise Prescription. She is highly passionate about getting individuals back to what they love doing most, through facilitation of the necessary skills for life-long health and well-being. As an advocate of health promotion and disease prevention, she uses her creativity and keen eye for body movement patterns to create personalized treatment plans jointly with her patients. Given her expert Biological & Nutritional Sciences background, she is extremely knowledgeable in the theoretical aspects of the functioning of the human body and systems. In particular, Nancy is interested in Chronic Neck and Back Pains, Knee, Shoulder, and Hand Conditions/Dysfunctions. In her free time, you will find Nancy trying new outdoor activities, minimizing her space, and learning how to care for her plants!
Hiral Brahmbhatt
Hiral graduated from Gujarat University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Hiral holds a post-graduate diploma in Advanced Healthcare Leadership from Lambton College. Hiral is experienced and passionate about providing treatment with multiple techniques, including but not limited to: manual therapy, Mackenzie technique, myo-facial release (soft tissue release), muscle energy technique, and therapeutic exercise. Hiral is extremely passionate about helping patients enjoy doing what they love doing most, pain-free. She believes in preventative care, maintaining physical health and functioning. She focuses on improving body biomechanics, posture, and gait patterns. Her approach to care is very holistic and person-centred. She creates short and long-term goals with her patients, with exercises that are creative and fun to participate in. Hiral enjoys working with people of all age groups. In her free time, Hiral loves reading, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.

JOINT MOBILIZATION
Joint mobilization involves low force and velocity movement of a stiff and/or painful joint.
It is needed for full restoration of movement that exercise alone cannot achieve.
